- Turnkey Solutions for Retort Applications: With a close association with international and local channel partners, we can offer the turnkey plants for retorted applications. For Instance: Ready to Eat Food in Pouches, Trays, Cans, Jars etc. We can also offer the turnkey plants for Flavored Milk Application.
- Product Development/Retort Demonstration Centre: We have a Retort Demonstration Facility with exclusive Demo Machines from our Overseas Partners. It is composed of a Multi-Mode Pilot Retort from Steriflow France, MAP Tray Sealing Machine from APACK TUrkey, Linear Sealing Machine for Pouches, Dosing Unit, Cooking Kettle, and basic kitchen facility. This state of the art facility offers a great platform to the customers for NPD, R&D, and Validation services.
- Pre and Post Sales Support: A team of our sales engineers helps our customers to understand the right process and technology for their products. And a team of Service Engineers provides quick support to the customers for any maintenance issues.
- Spares in Stock: In order to offer quick services to our customers, we keep key/recommended spare parts in stock for the machines we deal in. This helps the customer to keep the production continue without any hassle.
- Training and Seminars: Time to time, we organize seminars on “shelf-stable food” to teach the participants about the technology and process to enhance the shelf life of food products without any preservatives. For our next training session, please check the News Section of our Home Page.
